A Pompadour-period jar

This pharmacy jar is a nice discovery. It is decorated with a reproduction of an old soap label. The old Pompadour-period label “Société Continentale du Cosmydor” makes this jar so attractive. I am looking forward to filling it with little perfumed soaps and rose buds.

This marvellous object was at the bottom of a shelf at Pier Import, with other ones.


I adorn it with a necklace I have created.
