In Camargue, the Carbonnière Tower

Cheminement en bois menant à la Tour Carbonnière
To cast your gaze on the wilderness where flamingos, shorebirds and migratory birds offer a fabulous show !
Admire, under an autumn sun, the herdsmen who gallop to collect and sort the bulls of the herd.
Pin a "rosette" of my creation to honor the Camargue races.
And watch rice grain in the rice paddy sway in the gentle breeze.

Rosette pined on cross-the-heart top Mais il est où le soleil Around of the Carbonnière Tower

In the midst of this magical landscape, Tower Carbonnière, which spans the causeway, was in the past the only way to enter the city of Aigues-Mortes.
The solitary tower, located in the country of Saint Laurent d'Aigouze, was built as an outpost for the city. It defended and served as a toll.
Today it is a romantic place ... a place for nature lovers to watch the sun reflect on the sea spray in this singular land of Camargue !

Details of my attire of the day :
Gray cross-the-heart top in tulle and velvet, "Mais il est où le soleil" ; embroidered sea-foam green blouse "Sunday" ; gray tunic and pantaloons (unbranded) ; scarf, "Mado et les autres" ; ballerinas "Couleur pourpre".

What a beautiful place! And to echo a previous comment, your outfit is amazing! Very few women can put pieces like that together and make it work.

I love the Camargue. I haven't visited it for years. Lucky you!

Oh how I wish the way you dress were what the majority of women wore! If I wore that here they'd think I was very peculiar. It's so beautiful! So feminine!
