Bust and Boutis

Cherries on a Sarreguemine plate put down on a colorful boutis Flower gray necklace on a wicker bust

I am happy with my weekend antique hunting in the village of my childhood ! Sometimes we do not have to travel far to find what we are looking for.

A wicker bust is now adorned with a garland of flowers.
An old boutis (blanket), decorated with flowers in seasonal colors : cherry red, raspberry jam and faded lilac, which I hasten to place in a washerwoman’s basket.

Hello and thank you for your fantastic blog. I like your style very much: your cloths, photos, those old items and how your blog seems out. They but my heart singing and keeps my hands bysy.

Beautiful!

I just want you to know that the kids are home for summer and, although I will be visiting, I won't have much time for commenting. I LOVE your offerings to us. You are very special! Till next time, Katy Noelle xo
