Delicacies with almonds

You feel like experiencing sweetness, flavours and freshness...

The softness of the colours and materials...

The flavour of cocoa and almonds...

The freshness of the laurustinus flowers from my garden.

Small and nice blue-shaded molds (Rice) I have found here.

Here is the recipe :

Melt 50 g of butter.
In a bowl mix 100 g of almond powder, 100 g of icing sugar and 2 eggs (one by one).
Add 20 g of flour, 15 g of cocoa powder and the melted butter.
Wait for ½ hour.
Preheat the oven 210°C.
Pour the preparation in the molds.
Add 50 g of split almonds.
Bake in the preheated oven for 7 or 10 minutes (it depends on the molds you use).

Almonds are my favourite nut; as roasted slivered almonds on warm rice pudding with fruit, and as chocolate-covered marzipan for pure indulgent pleasure. Thank you!
