Lavender sugar

This should have been a vacation task.
Yes, I know I have not been very diligent during the summer holidays.

With a portion of my lavender harvest, I decided to prepare sugar scented with lavender to flavor tea, yogurt and other sweets.
In preparation we must ensure that the lavender has not been chemically treated, of course.

Take sugar, granulated or powdered; mix lavender flowers (stems removed) with the sugar, then place in a bottle of your choice, sealed with a stopper and decorated according to your mood.
Remember to remove the lavender with a sieve or colander before consumption.
