Shades of purple and terracotta

Under a big cypress, the stairs of the old cottage

Since some days, nature seems to awaken from its long winter sleep.

Le Prince Jardinier apron Old Ampholia pots

These first rays spring sunshine invite us to share, for an afternoon, the warm welcome of Nicole and Jean-Jacques of the pottery "Ampholia" at Anduze.

And the desire to arrange pots in front of a patined door of an old "mazet" (cottage) where I hang an "Le Prince Jardinier" apron.

The colours in your courtyard are fantastic, rich and warm, so inviting it makes me want to hop on a plane a pop over straight away.

I just found your blog through the link in another one, - and I just love it!
Beautiful pictures and words that take wings and bring food to the soul and inspire dreams of spring to this Norwegian in deep cold snow..
I now have you linked in my own blog and hope that others will hit it and be lifted in spirit as I was.
Thank you so much!
Hugs from me

Purple and Terracotta ..... Gorgeous!!!!! What a lovely combination that I have not thought of! My fave is Aqua and Rust..... but this combo of purple and terracotta.....is going to be a new favorite!

I wanted to thank you for writing to me about the adsense...but I couldn't understand one word because it was in French and I do not have a translator on my email!! lol :)

I love to look at your charmed life. I really wish I could be there. I try to create a European feeling in my store- with treasures from there. I write about it at Romancingthehomeltd.blogspot.com. I really enjoy your fantastic pictures.
