Here is the small reading corner, where painted shelves are decorated with my flea market finds : wooden hat stands, a baby bonnet of eyelet embroidery, spools of twine, old books & a doll’s stove...
Not forgetting the famous Baucis & Philémon crown !
As for the sofa, after long hours of removing one by one the upholsterer’s tacks and old worn velvet, it is waiting to be recovered, but for the moment...
I appreciate it as it stands with its raw canvas and new color !
