A cane-seated chair

We sometimes find some nice objects and pieces of furniture abandoned by neighbours at street corners.
Three chairs -in a pitiful state- were leaning along the wall of a shed.
Everybody could see them...

But I was the only one to stop and have a look at them.
I asked the owner who gave them to me, maybe thinking I would use them to light a fire.

Too spoilt to be used, I imagine them as a decoration for Easter.

I put a nest with ivy in the hole of the canework.

An old-panelled door with a special patina since its painting was removed.

this is wonderful how things can get their second life with some imagination and creativity.
you see a beauty in something, somebody have seen as trash :) that's great.

Laeriss, you have such a wonderful eye for color, art, and textures! I wish I could visit your country to see such beautiful scenery. Every French blog I have visited is full of beautiful pictures and wonderful decor!
